GENERAL INFORMATION

 

BACKPACK/BAG POLICY
For security reasons during the Because of the Times conference, all backpacks, bags and packages will be checked. Please be ready to assist us to expedite your entry. We request that any unnecessary bags or packages be locked in your vehicle and stowed out of sight.

CAMPUS RESET
Campus Reset will take place from 3:00PM to 5:00PM each day. During this time all buildings will be locked.

DOORS OPEN
Sanctuary doors open at 6:00 pm for all evening services and 9:00 am for all day services.

ELEVATOR
Handicapped access to the second floor is available via the elevator located near the stairwell in the adult prayer room.

FIRST AID / MEDICAL
A first aid station will be open from 9:00 am until the close of the evening service. It is located near the ushers office. See an usher or hostess for assistance. The first aid station will have medical staff available and is equipped to manage most minor illnesses and injuries. If further medical care is needed, we can assist you in locating the appropriate services.

COMPLIMENTARY COFFEE
Complimentary coffee is available in the Family Life Center Lobby. Light concessions are available for purchase.

LOST & FOUND
Lost & Found is located in the Ushers’ Office.

PARKING /TRANSPORTATION
Parking may be inconvenient due to high capacity crowds. Please follow directions from parking attendants. If possible, carpool from your hotel. Should emergency transportation back to area hotels be necessary, contact the Ushers’ Office.

PRAYER ROOMS
The prayer rooms behind the Sanctuary will open at 7:00 am each morning and remain open throughout the day except during Campus Reset when all buildings are locked from 3PM - 5PM.

RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located on the upper and lower levels of the main complex, G.A. Mangun Center, and Family Life Center.

SEATING
All seating is for registered participants only. Please have your ticket or phone readily available. Children are not allowed in the sanctuary during service. Please keep all personal belongings with you at all times as we are not responsible for unattended items.

WIFI
We invite you to join our guest wifi (BOTT) for the duration of the conference. Password is bott26#
